More about Cathy

I am passionate about working with adolescents and individual adults. I believe that when a client is motivated to change, willing to make certain changes in their life, and able to take an honest look at their lives, real healing can occur. I believe that it is my job as a therapist to provide a safe space where clients know that they are accepted as who they are, and can trust in the process, as well as my clinical skills as a therapist.

I graduated with a M.A. in Professional Counseling. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland. I have practiced therapy since 2006. I work with adolescents and adult women in various stages in life, and struggling with many different kinds of issues. I specialize in Christian Counseling.  I have worked in a variety of settings such as the Domestic Violence Center of Howard County, alcohol treatment centers, pastoral counseling, and Christian Counseling centers.
